What we collect
When you fill in our enquiry form or message us, we collect your name, phone number, email address and the details you give us about your building.
Why we collect it
Only to answer your enquiry, give you a price and carry out work you ask us to do. We don't sell or pass your details to anyone else for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become jobs are deleted after [X] months. Records relating to work we've carried out are kept for [X] years, as our insurers require.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email office@flameblock.co.uk and we'll deal with it.
